Take Your Game to the Next Level

The Junior Development Program is designed for golfers ages 13–17 who have basic golf experience and are ready to move beyond basic instruction.

Every Junior Needs a Development Plan

Improving at golf isn't just about taking another lesson. Juniors improve faster when they understand what they need to work on, how to practice, and how to measure their progress.

The Junior Development Program is built around a simple process:

Evaluate

Identify current strengths, weaknesses and goals.

Develop

Build the technical skills needed to improve.

Practice

Create a purposeful practice routine between lessons.

Play

Take those skills to the golf course.

Measure

Track progress and identify the next areas for improvement.

Improve

Continue building the skills needed to reach the junior's individual goals.

See Your Swing. Understand Your Game.

Video analysis is an important part of the Junior Development Program.

Seeing the golf swing on video helps juniors understand what they're doing correctly and what they need to improve. Video can be used to identify swing tendencies, demonstrate changes and track progress over time.

Your junior won't just be told what to change — they'll be able to see it.

What Parents Can Expect

As a parent, you want to know that your junior is receiving instruction that is appropriate for their age, ability and goals.

The Junior Development Program provides:

  • Individualized instruction

  • Clear goals for improvement

  • Video swing analysis

  • Practice recommendations between lessons

  • Instruction tailored to the junior's current ability

  • Honest feedback about progress

  • Preparation for high school and competitive golf

  • A positive and encouraging learning environment

The goal isn't simply to hit the ball farther or change a golf swing. It's to help each junior become a more confident, knowledgeable and capable golfer.
