As a golf instructor, I motivate students to become better players by virtue of a better golf swing.  This can only happen if they feel genuinely inspired by the improvement made within a short period of time and feel confident in their ability to learn more.  My success as a teacher is accomplished when my student improves his/her swing and finds a new passion for the game.

I keep the swing simple to understand.  My students improve rapidly by adjusting one element of their swing at a time.  This is because in the golf swing, when one error is made, others follow as a result of the first.  When a student modifies one movement, the effect can be monumental.
